By using numerely you agree to the terms below. We've tried to keep this readable.
numerely is a one-time numerology reading delivered as a digital document. It's intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal interest. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Don't use it as a substitute for a professional.
Your reading is delivered instantly as a PDF the moment your payment completes. Because the PDF is delivered immediately after payment, you waive your 14-day EU right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)). At checkout, you confirm this waiver by ticking a required checkbox: "I want my reading delivered immediately and I accept that this waives my 14-day EU right of withdrawal." We log the timestamp of this confirmation against your order. If you didn't tick this box, your order doesn't go through.
Effective 19 June 2026, EU consumers will get a mandatory "withdrawal" button for digital content. We will ship that button before the deadline. Until then, the waiver above governs.
Because the waiver is required at checkout, completed orders are not refundable. The reading is generated on demand from your name and birth data and cannot be unsent.
If you encountered a technical error and didn't receive your PDF, email hello@numerely.com. That's a delivery issue, not a refund, and we'll re-send the file to your inbox at no charge. Your reading is yours to keep.
We provide the reading "as is." We don't promise outcomes, predictions, or that your life will change. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the reading.
We may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change, we'll note it at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent court at the controller's seat in Italy. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including, for EU consumers, rights under the Consumer Rights Directive. If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the rest of these Terms still apply.
